Due to significantly increased duty and import fees, we’re unable to offer a fair and reliable shipping experience for our U.S. customers at this time. Rather than pass high costs onto you, we made the decision to temporarily pause U.S. shipments.
Q: Is this permanent?
No — this is a pause, not a cancellation.
We fully intend to resume U.S. shipping once we can offer a smoother, more affordable process for our customers.
Q: When will U.S. shipping return?
We don’t have an exact date yet.
We’re actively exploring shipping partners and solutions that would allow us to bring costs down. As soon as we have a workable option, U.S. shipping will return.
Q: What if I live in the U.S. and want to be notified when shipping resumes?

Q: Can U.S. customers still browse the site?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to explore everything on the site — you simply won’t be able to check out with a U.S. shipping address until shipping resumes.
Q: Can I ship to a Canadian address instead?
Yes — you can ship to any Canadian address, including friends or family, and manage your own cross-border pickup if you choose.
